Hi, we’re Mettle, a virtual care company, working together with PCH Mutual to bring a special pilot program to your community.
PCH Mutual and Mettle are inviting RCFEs in the PCH network that have stood out for being responsive, communicative, and genuinely dedicated to the people in your care to participate in this program. We hope to meet you and learn more about the work you do.
What we do: We support anyone affected by illness, aging, or loss. Whether they're living with a diagnosis, caring for a family member, or working as a professional caregiver. That means all parts of a care experience: RCFE owners, staff and your residents and their families.
The invitation: Through this partnership, Mettle would like to work with your RCFE to learn more about your unique needs, and provide group and individual support built around the real experiences of residents, families, staff, and owners.
What it costs you: There is no financial cost to your community. We know that time and energy are precious resources for every RCFE. This pilot is made possible through the PCH Mutual and Mettle partnership, so your community can opt in without that burden falling on you.
What we hope: That you'll bring your experience, daily concerns, and stressors into honest, confidential conversation with Mettle. We hope that finding time for this kind of support now makes your work, and the life around it, more sustainable
